Asam pedas Melaka

Asam Pedas is a kind of Malay cuisine. In Malaysia is famous in Melaka and Johor . Call it all asam pedas everyone knows that the cuisine is very tasty and popular in the State of Melaka and Johor. The recipe for making it is not too complicated and not too easy. However there are other areas in Melaka and Johor that have different asam pedas recipes. It is up to each taste to rejuvenate their cooking. It is very different from the sense of taste and texture.

Recipe of Asam Pedas Melaka

Ingredients:

1)1 red fish – cut 6 pieces or  5 fish

2)5 tbsp dried chilli chips – can add 

3)1  tsp tamarind paste – too much, not too bad

4)Salt

5)Molded material:

a)2 tablespoons coriander seeds

b)2 tablespoons sweet cumin 

6)Grade materials:

a)8-9 clove onions

b)5 cloves garlic

c)2 inch turmeric live

d)2 inch ginger

How to do it:

Blend all of the above ingredients. Heat the oil much in proportion to the ingredients to be fried and stir the mixture, stir frying material and chilli until fragrant and completely crisp, cooked and oiled. Put enough water. When boiled broth, freshly added fish. Add salt and sour milk to taste. Adjust taste and can be lifted.

Note:

If you use red fish, cook for a while so that the fish can not be destroyed.
